This Privacy Policy explains how DashNow ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform. By using DashNow, you agree to how we handle your data as described here.

When you use DashNow, here’s what we may collect and keep:

Account info: username, hashed password (if registered with email), display name, hashed email, Discord ID, avatar, registration and login dates, ban/admin status, videos history
Your content and interactions: videos you upload, comments, likes, subscriptions, subscribers, friends, private messages, reports
Session info: session tokens, creation and expiration times, Hashed IP addresses, browser and device info, revocation status
Usage data: what videos you watch, how long, timestamps, Hashed IP addresses
Technical logs: Hashed IP address, browser, OS, and other logs to help keep DashNow secure

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Log you in and manage your account
Show your content on the site (videos, comments, messages)
Make DashNow safer and better through moderation and performance improvements
Train our AI systems for recommendations and moderation using only public content, processed anonymously
Stop abuse, fraud, and unauthorized actions

3. AI Training

When you upload public stuff like videos, titles, or comments, we might use that data to help train our AI for better recommendations and moderation. This data is anonymized and never includes private messages or hidden content.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

8. Kids

DashNow isn’t for kids under 13. If we find out we’ve collected info from a child under 13, we’ll delete it quickly. If your local laws require a higher age (like 15 in France), you need parental permission to use DashNow.

9. Security

We do our best to keep your info safe using modern security practices. While nothing’s 100% perfect, we work hard to protect you from unauthorized access and abuse.

Sometimes we update this policy. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know on the site or by email.
